Man are we already in March?! How did we get here so fast? Well, just as this year is already starting to accelerate and new trips are beginning to fit into my 2016 calendar I figured it's about time I started to use this blog to keep you all up to date on what's going on here at Live The Life You Love. Hopefully this will tool will keep me a little more honest with my posting of adventures for work as well as play (but let's be real most of the time it's both!).
As a start of 2016 I want to feature a gallery of 2015 because well, 2015 was a tremendous year for me and my photography. Between work and play I had the opportunities to shoot and travel to/in Chilean Patagonia, Semuc Champey and other wonders in Guatemala, numerous trails on Oahu, the Na Pali Coast on Kauai, Haleakala National Park on Maui, extensive adventure in Zion National Park in Southern Utah as well as Western Utah & Eastern Utah, Weddings round town and the midwest, Burning Man in Black Rock City, Nevada, and a few amazing climbing spots in Colorado with some radical professional athletes. I saw 2015 as an opportunity for massive growth as a photographer and moreover as a human. I've continued to pursue a path that while in the beginning seemed impossible however the rewards at the checkpoints along the way strung me along as I pursed the idea of more and more play, and less and less work. To truly fall into my passions at light speed and hold on for the ride, careful not to miss anything along the way. I'm on this journey and have dreamed a vision larger for 2016 and beyond. I am more adamant about defending this experience and pursuing it now than ever before. I hope you'll keep checking in along the way. I'm excited to show you what I find on this path. As always, I hope you find inspiration in this collection of images and continue to pursue your dreams. Don't be afraid of the negative -- what you believe will happen -- what you think you will lose. Instead choose to live the life you love and pursue that which makes you come alive. That's the shit that matters. Hold your breath and fall in to the rushing water of this life.
